Oko Kamnik - Night in Kamnik

You are invited to the exhibition Eye of Kamnik, which this year is being prepared for the tenth time by the members of the Kamnik Photo Club under the title Night in Kamnik.
Oko Kamnik is an outdoor photo exhibition through which members of the Kamnik Photo Club present their view of the city and its surroundings every year. Every year, they are also thematically limited, and in this way, the photos are combined into a coordinated whole. This year, as the title already suggests - Night in Kamnik, they tried to show the evening/night events in the city. The exhibition thus includes various scenes of city and suburban streets and architecture, panoramic shots, scenes of social life, and other details. When looking at the photos, the viewer may draw a dividing line between the photos that show the everyday life of the city, and the scenes of the (sub)urban landscape that express emptiness in the absence of people. Perhaps it is precisely here that the question arises whether Kamnik is really turning into a sleeping settlement, as some believe, or whether it still offers enough urban (even night) life to be proud of the name - city. The answer will be sought (or not) by the viewer himself, but the photos will definitely satisfy those who are interested only/more in the aesthetic side, which the city offers in abundance, you just need to capture it in the lens.
