On Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at 8 p.m. on the main square in Kamnik, members of the Photo Club Kamnik are opening the exhibition The Eye of Kamnik, which this year is entitled Another View.
Photos using the double exposure technique show a different view of well-known and lesser-known motifs of Kamnik and its surroundings. The technique allows the photographer to expose a single shot of photographic film or digital sensor to light twice. In this way, two motifs can be recorded on the same recording. The result is a varied set of creative photos by seven authors.
Oko Kamnik is the annual outdoor exhibition of the Photo Club of Kamnik, which we have been preparing since 2005. Every year we deal with topics related to Kamnik and its surroundings. In the past, we have covered topics ranging from craft and industry, panoramas of the city and nature, to photographic series and triptychs.
