Paolo Pellegrin: Anthology

Floating on dreams and whispers, girls from a West Bank village cool off in the waters of the Dead Sea. With its main tributary, the Jordan, at a tenth of its former volume, the inland sea has dropped some 70 feet since 1978.

In August, we invite you to visit the exhibition at the Jakopič Gallery Anthology internationally renowned and award-winning Italian photojournalist Paola Pellegrino.

Pellegrin is known for his personal visual language, which combines expressive use of light and shadow with lyrical, deeply empathetic storytelling. Through photography, he illuminates global conflicts, environmental disasters, and the stories of marginalized people.
We pay tribute to a member of the renowned Magnum Photos agency as part of exhibitions dedicated to indispensable authors of our time.
