The Miha Maleš Gallery kindly invites you to the opening of the photography exhibition by DUŠAN LETNAR, on Friday, May 29, 2026, at 7 p.m.
Kamnik photographer Dušan Letnar (1952) devotes most of his creative time to analogue photography. He has been a member of the Kamnik Photo Club and other professional associations since 2005. In recent years, his work has focused primarily on documenting the disappearing industrial heritage and the rich ethnographic legacy of the city and countryside.
This exhibition will be one of the most comprehensive and transparent presentations of his extraordinarily rich photographic oeuvre to date. It will feature key excerpts from his most recognizable photographic cycles, as well as brand new works that he is still working on.
The exhibition will be presented by exhibition curator Saša Bučan.
The event will be accompanied by original music by the band Duplina,
with Jonas Tomšič Jacobs (accordion)
and Gorazd Kurent (guitar, banjo).
The exhibition will be open until October 3, 2026
