Closing ceremony of EXPOSED

On Saturday, February 11, at 7 p.m., the closing ceremony of the EXPOSED international photography competition will take place in the Kamnik Cultural Center. The members of the Kamnik Photo Club are preparing a festive event with a photo exhibition and a banquet and invite all photography followers.
The ceremony with the awarding of prizes, the projection of selected photographs, a photographic exhibition and a cultural program is an event that draws attention to the strong photographic activity of Kamnik's youth every year. The event attracts around 300 photography fans from all over Slovenia and beyond every year.
Exposed is one of the largest international photography competitions, which is distinguished by a wide selection of photos, an excellent printed catalog and a large number of participating photographers. In 2009, the competition was set up by young members of the Photo Club Kamnik, which operates in the premises of MC Kotlovnica. Today, they have already surpassed themselves and are achieving new records every year.
The competition has 4 topics:
• Free color (Gallery of award-winning photos | Gallery of accepted photos (990 images) )
• Free black and white (Gallery of award-winning photos | Gallery of accepted photos (800 images) )
• Akt (Gallery of award-winning photos | Gallery of accepted photos (317 images) )
• Landscape (Gallery of award-winning photos | Gallery of accepted photos (633 images) )
Authors can submit their works until the beginning of December each year. The expert jury, which consists of three internationally recognized photographers, creates a quality selection from the thousands of submitted photos and awards over 70 medals and diplomas. The competition is organized under the auspices of the FIAP International Photographic Association, the American PSA Association, the Slovenian Photographic Association FZS and the UPI International Association of Photographers.
