Jesenice Photographic Society in cooperation with the Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Cultural Activities
– The Jesenice Olympic Games and the Jesenice Upper Sava Museum, under the auspices of the Photographic Association of Slovenia, are announcing the 5th photography exhibition
1. RULES OF COOPERATION
All professional and amateur photographers from Slovenia and abroad are invited to participate in the call.

The call is FREE for all participants!
Each author who submits a photo and application form agrees to the terms of the competition and allows the photo to be published in
non-commercial purposes of the exhibition and on the society's websites. This also guarantees that the photograph
his/her original work.
2. ANNOUNCED TOPIC: FREE
Each author can only send one (1) a photo with any theme that was taken in 2025.
The photo must be in JPG format with 3000 px on the longer side, 300 dpi and a maximum size of 3 MB.
Any borders or captions on the photo are not allowed. The photo must contain EXIF data.
The photo must have its own unique title. “No title”, “IMG_…”, “B01” and the like, do not
counts as a title! The name of the photo must not contain the author's first and last name.
Example: Boat on the lake correct ||| First_Last_Name_A_B01 incorrect
Only photographs (created using photographic equipment) are accepted for the competition. Creations,
created using artificial intelligence programs are not allowed.

The title of the photo must be in Slovenian!
Any photo that does not comply with the rules will be eliminated!
3. SUBMITTED WORKS WILL BE EVALUATED BY A JURY COMPRISING:
– Maja Špendal, F1 FZS
– Simon Krejan, Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic
– Simon Kovačič, Minister of Finance of the Slovak Republic
The jury will award a gold, silver and bronze medal and up to 5 diplomas from the Photographic Association of Slovenia.
The winners receive their awards and diplomas at the award ceremony or by mail.
We reserve the right to change the jury in the event of members' abstention. Appeal against jury decisions
is not possible.
4. TIMETABLE
– Acceptance of works: until 26.10.2025, 23.59
– Results: until November 18, 2025 on the website of the Jesenice Photography Society and by e-mail*
– Exhibition opening and award ceremony: 25.11.2025 at 6 pm in the Banquet Hall in Kolpern in Jesenice
